About
Mazon Commerce started in 2015 as a multi-platform e-commerce operation. The work was hands-on from the first order: sourcing, listing, pricing, fulfillment, returns.
The company was filed in Delaware in 2019 with an effective formation date of January 1, 2020, then qualified to do business in Florida later that year.
Today it runs two connected sides of the same balance sheet. Commerce services generate cash. Florida real estate holds it and compounds it.
2015
Retail arbitrage and marketplace selling. Every part of the operation learned by running it, not by reading about it.
2020
Filed in 2019, effective January 1, 2020. Foreign qualification in Florida followed the same year, giving the company U.S. banking, tax and supplier standing.

The American procurement and service layer for a multi-marketplace commerce group, alongside a growing Florida property portfolio.
What we do
Each arm is expected to stand on its own numbers. Nothing is carried for strategic reasons.

Founder
Mazon Commerce is a single-member LLC. Niv Mazon is that member, and the person accountable for every commitment the company makes. There is no committee to hide behind.
He has been selling online since 2015 and hands-on ever since: suppliers, listings, fulfillment, returns, numbers. Alongside Mazon Commerce he is Co-Founder and CEO of both oMazons Ltd and Movellox Inc, and holds a BA in Management and Economics.
Before business he served in the IDF special forces from 2014 to 2018, finishing as a Captain. That is where the operating standard comes from: clear ownership, precision under pressure, and closing every loose end.
